We have prepared your passes and you have two options to retrieve them:
You can go to the Crans cash desks only from Wednesday, April 29th to receive your pass in person. They are open every day from 9am to 4.30pm for the collection of your 365 and 365+ passes. All sanitary measures will be respected.
We can send your passes by registered mail. You can tell us your address by sending an email to email@example.com, quoting your order reference.
If you are a holder of a Pass 365 or Pass 365+, we have sent you an email with all this information. If you haven't received anything, please check your spam (junk mail) folder. If the email is not in your inbox or in any other folder in your mailbox, please contact our teams by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
