Information for our customers and partners
The CMA group is taking extensive measures to prevent the transmission of the coronavirus to its customers and employees.
Concerned about the health of its customers and its employees, the CMA group (CMA SA, CMA Immobilier, One Crans Montana SA) takes measures to limit the risks of infection and spread of the disease. Thus, in addition to the preventive measures already implemented in the various companies, employees over 60 years old are invited to stay at home tomorrow and until further notice. In addition, the capacity of ski lifts with closed vehicles (gondolas and bubble chairlifts) will be reduced by at least 50% as of this Saturday, March 14.
Concretely, how does this impact your visit?
The Crans Montana ski area keeps its infrastructure open, as well as the restaurants managed by CMA Immobilier, so there is no need to cancel your ski trip. However, the extent of the measures taken requires a reorganization of the schedules and a period of adaptation, certain non-structuring facilities (ski lifts) could therefore be closed tomorrow for the shortest possible time.
For more specific information, do not hesitate to contact the information center on 0848 22 10 12. Please also inquire about the status of the events planned in the destination as some may have been or will be canceled.
If the demand for lifts is high this weekend, then the waiting time of the three main installations could also be longer due to the flow limitation. Consequently, measures will be taken to limit the concentration of people in the queues.
For your health and that of others, we invite you to respect the following provisions:
- Maximum number of people boarding on the Crans-Cry line of Er: 4
- Maximum number of people boarding on the Barzettes-Violettes line: 3
- Maximum number of people boarding on the Montana-Arnouva line: 5
